An Introduction..

I’m Joshua Ivory - a men’s coach and professional model.
Over the years, I’ve represented brands like Gymshark, Men’s Health, Adidas, and Bulk Powders.

But what those campaigns don’t show is the discipline behind them.
They don’t show the early mornings, the time spent in the kitchen cooking instead of takeout, the workouts when no one was watching,
or the days I didn’t feel like showing up but did anyway. 

That’s the standard I built my life on.
And it’s the same standard I coach men to live by in order to look and feel younger than ever.

What I Believe

Most men don’t lose their edge because they get old. They lose it because they get comfortable.

Comfort is disguised as “balance,” “rest,” or “I’ll start next week.”
But deep down, you know it’s costing you energy, drive, and confidence.

I believe every man needs something outside of work that challenges him -
a daily action that proves he can still lead himself when no one’s watching.
